Hello Irene. I am planning to enter Dagestan by ground from Azerbaijan this fall with Euros and open a bank account in a Dagestan bank for easy access to cash during my stay. I plan to leave Russia by train into Mongolia a few months later and will stop in Irkutsk on my way out to close the bank account. Will I have trouble getting my remaining Euros back in Euros? Anything I need to do in advance to make this smooth?
