Tourist visa 30+ days for EU citizen

Hello

Is it possible to stay more than 30 days as a tourist (EU citizen)? Can I get multiple 30-day visas without exiting the country?

I'd like to spend 2 or 3 months travelling in Russia.

The information online is pretty vague, and the Russian consular office in my country is difficult to reach. 🙂

EU citizens can apply for a tourist visa that allows a single, double or multiple entry into Russia for tourism, participating in exhibitions and auctions or medical consultations (not treatment). It is also allowed to hold short-term business negotiations. Visa validity period is for up to 90 days for single and double visas and up to 6 months for a multiple visa. At the same time stay period in the Russian Federation is limited to 30 days for single and double visas and for 90 days in every 180 days term for multiple tourist visas.

My nationality is Belgian.

So I see that a single visa is limited to a 30 days stay period. And that I would need multiple visas to get a 90 days period.
