I used an American VPN - "BitDefender" will I be able to use this VPN or must I rely on a VPN such as VPN Naoborat?

VPN Naoborot is a service created for Russians living abroad and they offer you service in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro.

Regarding BitDefender on their website they say the following:

Thank you for assisting concerning VPN. When downloading the Russian VPN should I deleate the app for BitDefender on my phone or should I down load the new Russian VPN when I receive a new SIM card.

I also have AT&T Mobile which allows me to use data for international calls and connections. Will I be able to use AT&T benefits when in Russia or is this restricted?

Lou First test if BitDefender works. Otherwise you will have to install a VPN that works and disconnect BitDefender.

The restrictions are the same regardless of the phone company
