I am filling out an online form to the Russian Consolate for a visa. On the form they request infomormation such travel times, flight information, and lodging. I am confused at this time only wishing to obtain a 3 year visa and then develop a time line to travel at an early date. Q: How can I fill our a visa application without the added details?
