I have followed the procedure to get a virtual MIR card and then a physical MIR card sent to France. It worked perfectly well and got it in 2 weeks. The most difficult part was to send money to the account. I used the "Via Foreign Card" option and made the payment via a YUH (swiss) e-bank, they automatically transfered the amount converting first through USD. It did not worked through Revolut. For 1 USD, got 70,9 RUB including fees.
And now I can't do this for the last few weeks... do you face the same situation?
