I recently applied for a Russian e-visa and entered all my personal information correctly. However, I accidentally entered my father's year of birth incorrectly — I wrote 1975 instead of 1971.
Unfortunately, I noticed this after submitting the application, so I can no longer edit it.
📍 My questions are:
Has anyone else made a similar mistake and still got their visa approved?
Can this kind of error (just my father’s birth year) cause the visa to be rejected?
Do you recommend waiting for the result or applying again with the correct information?
