It didn't go so well because I called the "dropoff" point and they didn't get back with me at all. I didn't pay for the label yet - I wanted to see if they would respond (they didn't). But through this process, I think I stumbled across something which is even better option - HAPPYPARCEL dot COM
It is still affiliated with AEC parcel, but the good part about this is that the package can be accepted at any FedEx location. I just paid for my label, which was the same price as on the AEC website. The package will go from Fedex to AEC location in Illinois, and then from there to Saint Petersburg, Russia. Somehow all the information is contained within the label, of the ultimate destination in Saint Petersburg. There is tracking. I will post back on how this goes.
