lee19k24 Without knowing your visa type or nationality, if you are bound by a 90 days within 180 days rule, then yes you're in violation.
Leaving for 24 hours only resets if you have a 3 year, multi-entry visa that allows for up to 6 months per stay. With that said; you left Russia well after your 90 days and if they didnt say anything, they likely won't again if you have a new entry stamp for September 25. But assuming all of the above, you have overstayed your visa.
Your 180 days began June 7, you are only allowed 90 days with the next 180 (or roughly December 7.) A reset on that visa type would make the rule moot.
