I am trying to buy a russian travel insurance which is needed in order to get a visa for travelling to Russia. However, I am unable to make the transaction using my Swedish debit cards. The recipient is a company in Belarus and my bank claims that transactions to this country have been restricted due to security concerns. Is there anyway to make this transation from abroad?
