it was announced the 16.05.2026 but I noticed just now as I am tuning a travel mid-June
- Narva working hours go from 07:00 - 23:00 to 07:00 - 19.00
- Koidula and Luhaama working hours set 26.02.2026 as 07:00 - 19:00 instead of 24/24, until end May, are extended until end August.
basically all three borders work now 07:00 - 19:00 and I bet that Koidula and Luhaama will stay like this after summer.

this summer is going to be hell at Narva, going to Russia, without the drop in queue length that could happen sometimes in the afternoon or late evening.
If travelers redirect to Koidula it may become bad there too.
