traveladdict Regarding some of your original questions, my understanding is that if you leave Russia for Belarus and then come back again, you keep your original Russian migration card throughout your entire stay in both countries (they are considered to be one "migration zone" so don't issue new cards each time you cross that border). Make sure you still have that card within your passport on reentering Russia. In answer to your first question, your passport will be stamped on entry and exit as usual.
Regarding customs controls, there aren't any on the land border but there are security and passport controls, including on a train where guards might check your belongings. At any international airport, of course, there will be a customs post along with other border controls, but you simply go through the green channel at customs.
Regarding the 24-hour SIM card block, it will kick in each time you come within range of the Russian phone network. So yes, it will apply a second time when you reenter Russia. Note that the "24-hour" block can immediately be lifted each time you enter Russia. Your phone company's roaming partner will send you a link with instructions on how to lift it (e.g. by phoning a number - an automated system that takes a few seconds, not a phone conversation).
Note that if you cross the land border you can only use six designated crossing points (covering major routes), so make sure you are using one of those designated routes (they include the Minsk-Moscow railway, of course). This system has been in place since January 2025, so you can still find a lot of outdated information online (e.g. on Russian embassy websites) saying it is illegal for third-country citizens to cross the land border (pre-2025 they had to travel by air).
