Tickets to Lakhta Center

Hello, I want to book online tickets for the visit to Lakhta center in St. Petersburg. The problem is, that when I want to book specific ticket, the site remains blank and keeps reloading, so I can't book the right ticket for visit. I have VPN turned off, (but also I have tried with VPN, and also in different browsers, noting helped). Wondering, if the problem is that the ticketing site is working only in Russia? I wrote to the support centre, they replied, that they have the ticketing system working properly. Any help, or any other way, that I can buy tickets? Because the tickets are possible to book only online on the lakhta.center website I think?

I'm not sure how far you got on the site, but when I opened it just now I was able to click through several of the pages required to buy a ticket, including selecting a ticket type and time slot. This eventually brought me to a page where I had a short form to fill in with my details (it also says at the top that to buy the ticket I first need to register with the site, with a link to do that).

I did not try to go further as I do not actually want to buy a ticket (was just trying it out to provide you with feedback). If you were not able to get as far as this form, then the problem you are facing is not caused by being outside Russia (I am in the UK).

Jabod Thanks for your reply and information. So based on your reply it seems, that the problem is not, that I am not in Russia, I think, I have some problem with the internet, I will be trying some other ways how to load the website, and hopefully get the tickets. Have a nice day.

Jabod Interesting, it works. I enabled VPN with connection to UK.
