Even if you had been able to open a YooMoney account, you would also need to fund that account to pay for something with it, which is not possible from a US bank card or US bank account.
I think you will find the same is true for almost all of the other payment methods on the list, as all but one of these methods are Russian and therefore subject to the banking sanctions on Russia. The one exception is UnionPay, which is Chinese not Russian, so I think you should look into opening a UnionPay account. Apparently, there are ways to fund one from a Western account, e.g. via Wise or Paysend.
