Sending money to Gazprombank

I need to send a small amount of rubles to Gazprombank for account maintenance fees. I am a U.S citizen. I understand that Gazprombank is still in the SWIFT network. How can I send rubles to this bank? Will a wire from a US bank be converted to rubles?

While GasPromBank may still be connected to Swift system, the issue is that it is still under sanctions. So main problem would be to find a US Bank that will agree to perform the transfer. Please note that many local banks started charging incoming transfer fees. When you transfer USD to RUB account, conversion should be at the bank exchange rate.
