# 3rd party help with visa application

Hello, I am in Vancouver Canada. There’s no consulate here and the Russian visa centers are closed. Does anyone know of any private agencies that can help me with the application process and act as a third party?

Hi, i think in your case you may have to use the one in Edmonton or the embassy in Ottawa.
