Hello Ma’am,

I have been perusing your website and I must admit you are doing a great job for people travelling to Russia.

I have a question. I am going to Russia on a Student Visa and I want to find out if it is obligatory to purchase a Health Insurance from my home country before I enter the Russia or I could purchase one after entry.
