> @JBB Is [bestchange.ru](http://bestchange.ru) the best place to use? bestchange is an indexer of exchanges. It lists features, flow, reserves and reputatioms. All these exchanges are confidence and reputation based. They don’t work under national banking regulations. You send cryptocurrency to someone who will convert to rubles, takes his % and send to the account you provide. Bestchange was set very long time ago, even before cryptocurrencies, when Yandex and Webmoney were big, to avoid scammers. It has been rock solid over the years. ---
