Hello! I need help topping up a Zonatelecom (ZTmail) account to send letters to an inmate. I am located abroad (Argentina) and due to international sanctions, I cannot use my local cards. Is there any trusted intermediary, service, or way to pay using Crypto (USDT) to get rubles into the system or directly to the inmate’s ZT card?
