Q: When using Zen Hotels website. There are two options to pay 1. Pay by wire via an email address 2 Pay by card. 2. Are there specific hotels that have a cast only policy at arrival? Is paying via wire more costly and safe? (2) When they refer to card. I am assuming that they are referring to a RU payment card am I correct? Are there other hotels that manage payments differently for making accommodations? Thank you for your assistance Lou ---

Zen hotels allows access to booking hotels in Russia unlike all the usual sites outside Russia which have blocked all booking methods to hotels on any Russian Federation territory including Kaliningrad. All cards currently work on their site
