Hi Irena,

I have read your page on how to apply for a visa in the UK. Please can ask you a few questions.

- What services does the Visa Service Centre in Manchester offer as this is the closest to me?

- Does Manchester provide the biometric fingerprinting or do I need to go to London?

- Is there a Manchester contact telephone number?

- My wife is Russian and we wish to visit and stay with her family in Naberezhny Chelny. A tourist visa seems to be the easiest and quickest. Can I enter her families apartment address in the iVisa invitation online application form?

Russian Service Centre in Manchester is closed until further notice. You may submit your documents to London or Edinburgh

“Can I enter her families apartment address in the iVisa invitation online application form?” NO. You can’t do that, but you can enter a random hotel (no need to book).
