# Non-Russian Banks with MIR cards

Hello, I am looking into banks that are not in Russia, not a sanctioned country that issue MIR cards.

I see there are some Kazakhstan banks that do offer this, I tried contacting them but never received a response.

Try contact to other banks. Note that to get a MIR card, you need to do it in person.
