Q: does my on-line Visa Application Form have to coinside with my travel arrangements of entry of the Offical Russian Tourist Support Letter to travel to Russia? Example: Visa Entry - 9.02.24 - 8.02.27 and Support Letter Entry - 02.02.24 - 02.13.24? I am also a citizen of the United states must I make my travel plans 90 days in advance? If I am not certain of my entry dates is it possible to attain a Russian visa or does this apply to the support letter? “You apply for this type of visa at the Russian consulates or visa centers in your country, no earlier than 90 days before the start of your trip. It is attached to your passport and to obtain it an invitation is required.” Thank you for your assistance Lou ---
