My russian girlfriend tells me that to activate a bank account on OJSC Sberbank da Rússia of 8 000 000 rubles, she must do a first depposit of 400 000 rubles. Is that so? Or am i being scammed?
I wouldn’t just trust blindly, first call Sberbank from your country or contact them from their online chat before sending any money.
