If I intend on traveling to parts of Russia that I did not list on my visa application, do I need to update a Russian government agency regarding this? For example, I put Moscow on my visa application but on my next trip, I might go to Saint Petersburg (which I did not list).
If I should update my travel, with whom should I do it?
It is not necessary, if you already have a valid visa you can move freely through other Russian cities.
