I have a friend who is a Russian citizen and seems to be experiencing difficulties to return to Russia from Vietnam.

What travel routes are available where she does not need to apply for visas? Her destination is Kazan’, Russia and her current location is Nha Trang, Vietnam.

She is looking to travel end of July, 2024. Any insights will be highly appreciated. Please and thank you.

She can fly via Istanbul with no visa required to Moscow. She then needs onward bus or train or plane travel to Kazan. Flights are from Ho Min though
