Can I travel to Moscow for a weekend by plane from Minsk if I have Belarus Visa type D? In Belarus I’m in business purposes. Can I just buy a flight ticket and just visit Moscow?
IF you have a Visa for Belarus, you will be able to travel to Russia on that Visa. That’s my understanding.
