Hi i am unable to Find hotels in Russia using Zenhotels are other people also experiencing this issue?
@Timsmaling I noticed this as well a few days ago. Its not all cities in Russia, just some? I searched on Samara last week, but now it shows no hotels available to search. Saint Petersburg no issues though.
Might just be a temporary issue with the site.
Did you try both the app and the website?

@KO11 Today its not searching on StP. So it must be a bug in their system.
It seems that after the latest package of sanctions, Zenhotels is no longer working properly in most European countries, though it still appears to function normally in the U.S. and several other regions for now.
If you’re in Europe, you can try connecting through a VPN (set to a non-EU country), or use Triphotels (works when used in Spanish, French, Italian, or another language other than English)

@Irena I’m currently in Russia and have been able to access ZenHotels search results and even make bookings but its been very sporadic. Seems the website is more reliable than the app. Fortunately I just made the last reservation I needed for this trip with no issues. Thanks for the update.
@KO11 Just to confirm, being inside Russia at the moment, I have had no issues on the app or website booking or searching on ZenHotels ON A RUSSIAN NETWORK. However, I did discover my issue was when I was using my phone and the app to search with my roaming UK SIM card data. Assuming it has a UK IP and that prevented the search for hotels in Russia to work.
@KO11 were you able to pay with a western card?
